"Elegant and tastefully decorated cottage located just south of Montauk Highway. The beach is 1.5 miles away but allows parking for residents only. There are other beaches in the area allowing parking for non-residents. The home is very comfortable and spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and pool in back yard. The owner was a great host who was very responsive and helpful."

"We recently stayed for 2 nights at Wainscott Charm. The house presents as welcoming, with all amenities that our family needed. Very comfortable beds and linens, with an abundance of extra towels and blankets. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and swimming in the pool. The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the team was easy and the host was very responsive. Our family would gladly stay again."
