My "balcony" door opened up to a shared wharf of random people looking around, and my room looked directly into the restaurant so people having dinner could see me in my room. They also had an event in the evening and the noise was LOUD. I called reception and no one answered, ...

Room was comfortable but did wake to a domestic abuse in a room across the hall. It took two calls to get reception to respond. It was upsetting for my daughter. I understand that it was probably unusual but I still paid the same money.
