Clean room, suitable for its purpose. Staff were helpful. Great little coffee ☕ shop inside it, but separate as a business. And when I say little, I mean little. Two tables in & out 😜. Nice staff there too & good coffee ☕.

The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a great stay. The staff was responsive, helpful, and always upbeat. The location was perfect for food, entertainment, night life, and days near the wharf enjoying everything Auckland. We loved it!

Excellent location, good value for money, clean and tidy.
Staff very accommodating and friendly.
We stayed here as we needed to be close to the Auckland City Hospital. Just a short walk over Grafton Bridge onto Park Road - under 10min walk

communal areas not too bad, very big and impressive.
very quiet while I was staying but obviously close to the Railway lines so traffic noise could be a problem.
