"Cute little hotel walking distance to Waitomo Caves. This hotel exceeded our expectations -- the room was very clean and bright and looked recently redone. Very comfortable. And an easy walk from both the caves and a handful of handy restaurants and a coffee shop. The hotel manager was very nice and helpful. Would stay again! "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Waitomo Lodge. Lynn greated me with a great spirit and was very welcoming. My room was tidy and comfortable. Tea kettle and an assortment of teas in your room. A/C and heater both worked well. Breakfast in the morning was just what i neexex to start my day. Good string coffee, soft warm croissants and yogurt with fruit and granola. Dinner at Tomos was fantastic. Thank you Lynn for the recommendations. I had a solid nights sleep and a great visit to the area. "
