Very close to the train station. And the department stores and restaurants just above the station. My room has an private washrooms, but no fridge. It's a typical old style Japanese businessman hotel where most rooms has no private lavatory and fridge. And one needs to use the shared one on the hallway. And there's a public bath.

1時間ほど早く着いたのですが、アーリーチェックインにも対応して頂いて良かったです。 オーナーの方も気さくに話しかけてくれて、地元ならではのお話が聞けて良かったです。 外観や屋内の一部は築年数を感じる部分がありましたが、水回りや部屋の壁紙等は綺麗に改装されており、気持ちよく過ごせました。

気持ちが良い

施設は決して新しくないのに、清潔感が素晴らしい。 共同のお風呂、私が入ったのは22時だが、1番風呂？と思うくらい。 なんだか、汚したくないんですよ。 きっと、他の利用者さん一緒なんだと思いました。 全巻禁煙にされたのは慧眼。 施設の綺麗な維持に、とても役立ってると思いました。 気持ちよかったです。

古さは否めないが清潔で駅近なので食べ歩きは良し。 エレベーターは無いから不自由な方はキツいかな。フロントと風呂2階。大風呂は三人くらいかな！洗濯機三百円洗剤あり。乾燥機無料ですが一台ずつだからタイミング次第。 徳島フェリーより急遽使えたので良かった。 部屋含めアチコチに空気清浄機。 一階が夜シャッター閉める駐車場なのでBIKEには安心感大！ フロント（オーナーかな？）は、とても感じの良い接客で又利用したいホテルでした。

駐車場完備は良かった。お風呂も大浴場までは行かないが少人数の足を伸ばせる風呂があるのも良い。周りに店もあるし歩けばコンビニも。年季の入り具合は仕方ないかなと。安さをとるとそこは我慢できます。年季ながらも清潔さがあるビジネスホテルで良かったです

アットホームなフロント

フロント2階。部屋は2階と３階。ＥＶなし、階段のみ。 予めポットにお湯を入れてくれている。 部屋を冷やして（または暖めて）くれている。 スリッパは樹脂製。裸足だとベタつく。気になる人は靴下着用、または持参のこと。 ＴＶ、エアコン、Wi-Fi有り。　冷蔵庫は共用。　夏場はきついかもね。 剃刀、綿棒、櫛はフロントに。 風呂は共同。洗面所も共同。整髪料や化粧水は洗面所に各種揃えられている。 一部の部屋は個室にバスルーム・トイレ有り。狭い。 駅から歩いて１０分くらい。住宅街。 駐車場は無料。宿周辺にはコンビニ１軒、焼肉屋。　隣にインド料理とマッサージ。 昭和レトロな感じです。
