- Experience the best of Wake Forest in a beautiful second story Historic Downtown Loft. 1,100 square feet. Two bedrooms with queen bed in each, 1.5 baths. New complete restoration. Beautiful kitchen, large living room, granite counters, pine flooring, exposed vintage brick walls, large windows.

Right in the very heart of downtown. Overlook South White Street. Short walking distance to all downtown restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bowling, antiques, B&W Hardware. Across the street from White Street Brewery, above Sugar Magnolia Cafe. 5 Minute walk to Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Enjoy Downtown’s Street Fairs. Close to Joyner Park. Located at 215 South White Street, Loft 1.
