*Clean off mud from paws before entering the house. *Do not drive or park on grass. *No extra guests without prior approval. *Quiet hours 10pm- 8am
*No minors should operate the fire place and the fire pit, or get too close. The fireplace has a door without a lock. Use it at your own risk.
