"Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was busy because of Winterlude, but it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the pool, small sauna, hot tub and ping-pong in the games room. The rooms haven’t been updated décor-wise, but we actually found that nostalgic (hello, corded phone beside the toilet 😄). The beds were very comfortable, and the suite was spotless. Having a kitchenette was a real bonus since we have dietary restrictions and it saves having to eat out for every meal. I unfortunately forgot my Goldilocks pillow in the room and only realized once I was back home in Toronto, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged to have it mailed to me. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ottawa! "

"Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Before our departure, the pool was closed for cleaning, which understandably disappointed our children. Noticing they were upset, one staff member stepped in, arranged a late checkout, and personally delivered cookies and milk to our room. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name, but I am deeply grateful for his kindness - he truly made our visit extra special."
