The 2-storey fenced property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms(one bedroom is upstairs in the robber's den and is suitable for max. 2 children up to 10 years, standing height in the middle 1.80m) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Cute cabin in quiet area

Pros: Very quiet neighboorhood, with little traffic going by. Perfect place to bring a dog, as the entire property is fenced in, and there are nice areas to walk the dog. Cons: No A/C, so in the warmer days it was hard lr impossible to cool down.

Es wa ein super schöner Urlaub! Das Haus und der Garten ist genau wie in der Beschreibung der Zaun war für unseren Vierbeiner voll ausbruchsich. Eine Kleinigkeit wäre noch toll gewesen: an der überdachten Terrasse sollte am Eingang ein Windschutz sein. Der Vermieter ist auf jeden Fall super freundlich.

2 Wochen pure Erholung

Pros: Wir waren 2 Wochen in dem Ferienhaus und es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir es für das nächste Jahr gleich wieder gebucht haben. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Es liegt genau zwischen einem romantischen Seerosenteich und der Ems. Bei heißem Wetter kann man sich sehr gut in der Ems abkühlen. Leider darf man den Hund nicht mit zum Herzogsee mitnehmen. Das Grundstück ist vollständig eingezäunt so das unser Hund Finja sich frei bewegen konnte. Von hier aus kann man tolle Tagesausflüge unternehmen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich in der Nähe, auch eine kleine Gaststätte mit Blick auf die Ems ist nur 200 m entfernt. Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen und wir würden es jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Cons: Es hat uns Alles gefallen!!!

Rundum zufrieden, tolles Haus,Lage, netter Vermieter.

Pros: Absolut empfehlenswert. Gemütlich, sauber alles da was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter. Alles unkompliziert. Haben uns super wohl mit 2 großen Hunden gefühlt. Die Gegend ist klasse zum Rad fahren. Der See in Dankern ist ca 20 km weit weg und bietet einen sehr schönen Hunde Strand. Waren jeden Tag da. Alle hatten Spaß. Das Wasser ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Preis absolut ok.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus

Pros: Sehr netter Vermieter, einfache Schlüsselübergabe, alles im Haus enthalten, was man braucht. Neues Nebengebäude, wo man sicher und trocken die Fahrräder abstellen und auch aufladen kann. Kann dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 1 Hund da. 😎

Ein schönes Haus mit gepflegten Grundstück. Perfekt um zu entspannen.

Pros: Das Gefühl als Gast willkommen zu sein. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Die schöne Terrasse macht es möglich auch bei Regen das draußen sein mit Blick auf den Weiher zu genießen.

Gemütliches, sauberes und ruhiges Holzhaus. Grundstück ist sicher Eingezäunt.Schöne Umgebung mit vielen Radwegen. In der Hauptsaison für Hunde wegen der Radfahrer wahrscheinlich etwas anstrengend.Angenehme Vermieter, problemlose An/Abfahrt.Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Herzlicher Eigentümer, Traumhaft, sehr gemütliches Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: Die Ruhe, der Teich direkt am Haus, wo man jeden Tag einige Tiere beobachten konnte. Die überdachte Terasse und die Betten waren traumhaft. Der Eigentümer ist ein sehr liebevoller und hilfsbereiten Mann. Ich kann das Haus mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen, es lohnt sich wirklich. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Danke an den Eigentümer, sie sind einfach spitze und gut organisiert 😉💪🏼 Es wäre schön wenn es mehr Menschen von ihnen geben würde, dann wäre die Welt um einiges herzlicher. Man bekam auf Fragen eine schnelle und freundliche Antwort und das Haus war außerordentlich sauber. Große Pluspunkte sind die überdachte Terrasse und das das gesamte Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Kurze Auszeit

Pros: Durch die ruhige Lage war es eine tolle Auszeit. Es war alles super entspannt, sauber und auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Das kleine Café war super für einen kurzen Stop mit kleiner Aussicht. Supermärkte waren in der Nähe - laufend erreichbar 20 min. Für unser Fellbaby war es auch toll, da das Gelände eingezäunt war und somit kleine Erkundungsgänge möglich waren ohne das wir ständig schauen mussten. Cons: Das Einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, sind die zwei separaten Betten. Wir kuscheln gern im Urlaub, dass war leider nicht immer so möglich.

Sehr schöne Lage und Top Ausstattung.
