"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "

"Check inn didn't go though and they tried to give are room away while we were away next day, pending refund for a night like they said but didn't get it yet been a month "

"1. Phone in room didn't work. 2. The heat setting wasn't explained to us at check-in and by the time we realized there was an issue the office was closed (10pm). (And see #1) 3. Door key didn't work and had to change rooms. 4. Breakfast was advertised but turned out to be an unripe (green) banana, an apple, and an orange. 5. The lady at the counter offered a refund but the main manager stepped in and blocked it. "

"There was trash under the ottoman in our room upon check in. The mini fridge didn't seem to keep our food that we brought cold enough. The grill had no propane even though we called to confirm that it was ready to use. The trim board in the doorway to the bathroom was broken and kept falling over and caused the bathroom door to not be properly shut. "

"The hotel was great. We had our dogs and there was some area for them. The restaurant was terrific- great fish and chips!"
