Yes! For this price you get the full two bedroom, one bath end unit apartment located two miles outside of Walden with mountainviews in every direction.

High speed internet!

Each of the two bedrooms has a queen and twin bed. Sleeps up to 6! (Seven if someone crashed on the couch)

Newly remodeled end unit apartment full of rustic charm. Private back patio to BBQ with family and friends while enjoying the beautiful views.

Horses in the neighboring acreage from the back porch, a pronghorn antelope" we have named Duke also frequents the property. Get away from the city and come relax in our little patch of paradise!

Located off of Hwy 14, at Eagles Watch Subdivision. Lake John, Delaney Buttes, countless rivers to fish within a half hour drive. Colorado State Forest State Park located 30 miles away. Public sand dunes for the atv enthusiasts, hiking, biking, fishing, hunting opportunities.
Less than an hour drive to Steamboat Springs.

We currently have a smart television and Roku. Private WiFi connection. We also have a DVD player and a selection of movies.

Plenty of parking for snowmachine, ATV, & boat trailers!

Spring Snowmobile Trip

We stayed here last year. Another friend had rented it and couldn’t make the trip this year. Great location for us to make a short commute to some areas for some spring snowmobiling. The property is very comfortable and fits all of our needs with great parking with a trailer.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view!

Close to town but very private end unit. We had a great time with our dogs and had plenty of space. Clean and has an amazing sunset view from the back deck.

We enjoyed this property for a second time. It has more than ample space to park our trailer. So easy to get to hiking and ATV trails! Hayle is so helpful from the beginning and through the stay. Awesome place!

Great stay in Walden

We had a comfortable stay! Everything we needed was available and the beds were comfortable. Great views from the property. Saw a herd of deer while drinking coffee in the morning. Thank you for a great stay and we are already planning to come back soon!

Snowmobiling

Stayed four nights in Walden snowmobiling. This place is spacious has plenty of room for trailer parking, and the views are great. Would definitely stay here again A+++

Comfortable, beautiful view, well-appointed

We have been staying at this same cozy cabin since 2019 in winter to enjoy Walden. So warm and welcoming always! I appreciate the attention to details the owners give to create a comfortable North Park oasis. You simply cannot get better views for sunrise and sunset! Plenty of room, and I appreciate the welcoming of our dogs, too so the whole family can enjoy this beautiful place.

The location was just perfect for my guys to go ice fishing, and the house was so nice and warm to come back to. There were plenty of movies to watch and some games to play. This was such a peaceful mini vacation for us that we are looking forward to next year's trip and hope to stay here again!

Lovely home just outside of town

We enjoyed our three nights at this home. The apartment is the end unit of a small group, and we really never saw or heard any neighbors. The view of the back deck is spectacular, and it was nice to sit out there. The home is furnished with everything you would need, and we enjoyed coming back to it after our activity for the day. Walden is a few minutes away, State Forest State Park is about 1/2 hour. Great place to stay while in the area!
