"Breakfast really good and staff very friendly snd helpful. Ice water snd tea in lobby a really nice touch after a long, hot drive. Room was tired-looking but clean. Bathroom was redone but water pressure in shower quite low. AC unit noisy, door locks stubborn."

"Tiny Perfection! This tiny house was exactly what I needed for my road trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning was cold, the bed and bedding was very clean and comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water. The kitchen was functional and had everything I needed. Joan thought of every detail right down to pop and water in the fridge and coffee and snacks on the counter. There was wifi available and the tv worked great with lots of entertainment options. The bathroom was fully stocked with towels, soaps and even a hair dryer. The parking space was perfect and the little yard next to the tiny was well maintained. The house was perfectly situated to feel very private and secure. I had a beautiful view of the sun going down over the plains. The nearby town had a cute coffee shop and I had easy access to the highway. I would highly recommend this sweet little tiny stay to anyone needing a nice alternative to a hotel on the road. It was quiet, private and cozy with a great view!"
