  • Welcome to Karl's Place - your Oregon Coast home away from home! Nestled in the heart of Waldport Or near Alsea Bay, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy fishing, hiking, or exploring nearby attractions like Newport’s aquarium or Waldport's Wednesday Market(during summer months). With essentials like Wi-Fi, heating, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer, Karl's Place has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway!

    Please note: The owners of the house have a small attached apartment in the garage. This is not accessible to guests and at times the owners may be there during the guests stay. There is no overlap of shared spaces, besides the entry in the gate.

    If you're interested in this home, please confirm your guest count and let us know a little bit about the nature of your stay. Amber, our reservation coordinator, is ready to assist you should you have any questions regarding your reservation.

    Pets are welcome for a $50 fee per pet (2 pets maximum). When you book, please let us know if you are bringing any pets so we can add this to your reservation.

    * Check out time is by 10:30 a.m everyday.
