Plenty of quilts and bedding in the owner suite bathroom. 4 acres bordered by Shoal creek and McConless Creek. Great to explore. There is a lockbox on the front door BRAND NEW HOT TUB!!!  Large events welcome photos of a rehersal dinner attached

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please put all trash in a bag, trash pick up is on a Tuesday morning, if you are occupying the property on a Monday, please bring the trash can to the road.
Please start a load of towels and the dishwasher before you leave. For the bed linen please remove but leave on the bed. Let me know if there's anything I can do for you before you go.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
