"Me and my wife had a nice enjoyable and relaxing time staying at the "Tiny House" that was very tastefully built and decorated from the inside decor and accommodations to the natural setting sitting on the front porch or dock chairs of the river directly in the front of this property or having a private fire at night near the river dock. We are very familiar to the area and there is no shortage of things to do for all ages between Manistee and Ludington and the beaches are always a summertime...

"no screens on windows no outside patio furniture put out had to carry heavy table and chairs to deck should be prepared for guest lawn service shows up while we were there the water is aweful you should get it checked to see if its safe the ac unit was not enough for that space you need a real ac unit we had to purchase 2 fans an water while we were there a 160 dollars we werent planning on spending"

"Great location. We stayed in summer and it was very warm in the house. They told us there was a window unit but we never found it. Smoke detectors started going out around 11:30 one night. Are hardwired in so couldn’t take all the way off so just had to hear the beep. When we arrived the keypad wouldn’t work so had to use a key. Great location and really cool property. If it was cool at night it could be a perfect place. "

"My family came to stay for a long weekend and we enjoyed the close walking distance to the Ludington downtown area. The common areas of the house were spacious and we enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Be warned the stairs are pretty steep and besides for the main bedroom, the other beds aren’t that big. It worked out for our family though because there were enough beds and a pullout. The air conditioning worked fantastically while we were there and overall we had a great time! "

"To start, having a balcony overlook the lake in the morning was very nice. We spent most of the day at the beach across the street . It was a quick drive over and it only took a minute. You can walk but I had seniors with walking issues. This was an excellent beach for them because it offered two ramps down to the water and I could push them in a wheelchair. The worst part of the hotel for us was having no elevator, but that was my fault for not booking rooms on the first level. The hotel did not offer breakfast in the morning, but with a short drive down the street there are great places to eat. We really liked how quiet the area was and hotel location to the beach. If you have kids who skateboard THIS is the place to stay. There’s an excellent skate park across the street and playground. If you are expecting a newer perfect looking hotel this may not be for you, but if a quiet clean room in a charming area is what you seek, then I recommend this spot. This quiet location is fantastic for walkers, joggers, and families. I definitely would consider coming back. (There’s a pool and hot tub, but it rained on our second day so we could not go in it. I have no review of that, but it looked clean at a glance). "
