"Lovely property and location. We had a wonderful time. Our only problem was 2nd floor bedroom only accessible to young limber folks but it wasn’t a problem as the younger people in our party stayed up there and did our laundry for us! Spiral staircase very narrow for people post knee replacement. They didn’t have a stand up shower, only a tub. But we liked the house and view and had a great time!"
"This was a lovely cozy house with great views of the ocean from the house and the hot tub, as well. The sofas are old and the springs from the cushions could be felt - so they could be replaced, but I'm concerned that to do so would motivate the owners to increase the price, which currently is relatively affordable. We placed some cushions that we have from home and the car and that was an adequate remedy. Other than a slight carpet stain by the master king sized bed, everything else was absolutely perfect and delightful. I would return here enthusiastically!"
"Abalone Point is a wonderful home for an extended family reunion. My large family, consisting of four siblings and our spouses, spent three nights here. We loved the spacious layout and great kitchen facilities. The beautifully decorated home features multiple indoor and outdoor spaces for spending time together, while allowing for separation when a bit of space apart is needed. The fourth bedroom in the Casita was great for the late-to-bed, late-to-rise couple. There are good local dining spots if you're not in Sea Ranch to cook, but we made good use of the excellent kitchen facilities every night. The Wi-Fi worked well and consistently throughout our stay. Although we took one side adventure to Fort Ross, we spent most of this trip walking the bluffs, hanging out on Shell Beach and at Gualala Point, playing games, and simply enjoying each other's company at the beautiful home. I personally loved the handmade octopi in the bedrooms. More adventurous travelers can explore the northern coast, kayak on the river, or head into the wine country. If you love Sea Ranch and want to share it with family and friends, Abalone Point is a great place to stay. "

"This place was an absolute gem. Located on a quiet street and close to the trails. The house has everything one might need and then some. The outside space was perfect for the morning cup of coffee and the evening glass of wine. The kitchen will well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for sharing this place.
