Lake Country Home in the Pines Is A Relaxing Vacation Getaway

This beautifully decorated home is nestled in 6 acres of towering red pine trees where wildlife and quiet abound. EXCELLENT location for snowmobilers/ATV, as we are located 1/2 mile from the snowmobile trails. Trailer in and RIDE OUT! This home has an open floor plan with a full kitchen/dining/living room with windows to view the outdoors, and a lower level family room. Master Bedroom /Mstr Bath with King Size Bed, King size Guest Bedroom and Queen Size Guest Bedroom share a Full Main Bath with a Jacuzzi Tub. Lower level has a Queen Size Sleeper Sofa with Full Bathroom. 4 Season Porch accomodates sleeping for 1.
2 Gas Fireplaces for those chilly mornings/evenings. Other features for the seasons... a 4 season porch, open balcony, walkout patio and a covered back porch with a porch swing for those morning cups of coffee and the afternoon cocktails. An open fire pit with stacked wood available for those evenings chatting around the campfire. Plus a two stall attached heated garage. Located 7 miles north of Park Rapids, Hwy 71/Co. Rd 40 and Hobby Road, and 10 miles from the south entrance to Itasca State Park. Within 1.5 miles of 3 lake accesses, Eagle, Island & Potato Lakes. 1.5 miles from Eagleview Golf Course and Character Challenger Course. Park Rapids, one of the top 50 most charming towns in the U.S., has many quaint shops, restaurants/coffee shops/backroad bar & grills, trails for snowmobiling and ATV, cross country skiing, biking, walking and many other vacation activities. Beautiful place, close to ATV trails and town.

This was a perfect location for us ATVing and ebiking with friends and family. Enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds and enjoyed the firepit!

What a lovely home and very kind hosts. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. There are multiple ways to enter the house for easy access, as well as many places to sleep if needed. The location is perfect, secluded, private, and so beautiful. Thank you for the great stay!

Extremely friendly and accommodating hosts and a beautiful property. The home was decorated very nice and it felt cozy. Lots of space for gathering and quiet space if you want to spend time alone. Fire pit patio was beautiful and everything was prepared and ready to go from prepared firewood to lots of blankets in the house and even boot dryers in the garage (which was a welcomed surprise since it was raining while we were riding the trails). We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent home in a beautiful setting. Addition all instructions for upstairs fireplace would be helpful. Hot water issues will be resolved but Barb and Larry were very responsive when we had an issue and provided instructions, so we were fine thereafter. We highly recommend this lovely home. Perfection!

Exactly what our large family needed. Plenty of space and beds. Even a toy closet for the little ones. The hosts were so sweet and put up the baby gate, high chair, and pack-n-play.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and spacious for our group. Hosts checked in with us through out the weekend to see if we needed anything. Kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. We all agreed we would return for future family gatherings. Thank you!
