2 Bedroom, (3 beds, one in a common area) 2 bath, remodeled barn home.

Pearl Acres is located on the out skirts of Walla Walla with 5 of the top Wineries within 1 mile. At Pearl Acres you will find an array of animals located on the property. You can fish at two rivers within walking distance, watch the turkey and deer out in the front pasture and sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the view. You can enjoy a walk to the Historic Whitman Mission and view the best sunsets in the valley.

Pearl Acres is a ranch setting, with your backdoor opening into a barn. Out in the barn you will be greeted by horses that love to eat the treats you feed them!

The home is a remodeled barn that boasts 2 full bedrooms and two large baths. Washer/dryer, office space with a sit stand computer desk, hand made bar and décor. You will be provided fluffy towels, clean bedding, and hopefully everything that you need to be comfortable!

Home accommodates two couples comfortably and up to six guests.

Brand new appliances, TV, WIFI, and outdoor patio set. Large dining room table sits up to 6 people.

We are dog friendly and have a small, fenced area for your pup to safely stay. There is a $50 per dog fee (two dogs max unless prior approval) that will be sent to you after reservations have been made. This is per stay not per night. All dogs must be kenneled if you are not with them at the property. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning fee necessary associated with your pet. Perfect home for a trip to Walla Walla

Great stay! Very comfortable, spacious, wonderful space to stay with our dog. Love the peaceful, quiet location just outside of town. Very well appointed and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Barndominium in Wallawalla

Nice stay for two couples. Outside Wallawalla but easy access to wineries and downtown. Enjoyed the rural atmosphere and friendly on site hosts.

Doggies Loved it

Great VRBO for anyone with or with out dogs. Home was clean, quite and peaceful. Our family cooked, played games and hung out on the darling patio. We said good morning to the horses and our dogs loved the ability to run around. We will be back as it is a great 1/2 point to visit with out kids.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Pearl Acres. My dog Scout really enjoyed herself! She loved getting to know the horses and the dogs at the property. She wanted to sit outside all day. Thank you for the cookies and wine, we enjoyed them both.Calleen & Lauren

The place exceeded our expectations. Larger than the pics shoes. All we had to bring was us and food. Great country atmosphere. Dale and Brooke are great. Will stay there again.

Your Home Away From Home!

This property has everything you need- It has a well stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries if you forget anything (shampoo, dryer, etc.), 2 bedrooms and a loft bed, a desk and office chair, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, coffee bar, and cozy living room space with large TV and plenty of room for couch lounging after a long day out and about! Also, beds are comfy, temperature was perfect, and bathroom towels are actually fluffy and soft!Above all of the logisitics, the hosts (Brooke and Dale) are fantastic! So warm and welcoming, super dog friendly, and really care about your experience while staying at their property! We had wine and the BEST cookies waiting for us at check in and little details (like extra dog supplies) were an impressive touch. The property is gorgeous, dogs and horses friendly (I really didn't want to leave my new horse friends), and close enough for a good walk to the Whitman Mission Heritage stop with the family and pup. We come to Walla Walla at least once per year and will 100% be looking into their property for our next stay. 10/10, highly recommend!!!

Perfect Pooch Place

In Walla Walla for our niece’s wedding and had a wonderful stay at Pearl Acres on a working farm. Loved the accommodations and how welcoming it was for our dog. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus! And the humans really enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and cookies! Nice touches everywhere… would stay here again.

Quiet Country location

We had an enjoyable time while staying out in the country. Very quiet, and beautiful location. Would recommend to anyone that wants to "get away", but have access to wine country.

Pearl Acres Fun

We just LOVED Pearl Acres! The space was clean, and open, and very well stocked. The hosts were just wonderful - very warm and welcoming. And the property is beautiful - vistas everywhere and a barn where we could feed the horses! We loved visiting wineries and town and then returning to this serene, relaxing home. We will definitely return to Pearl Acres!

Brooke was a wonderful host for our weekend trip to Walla Walla. The space is super clean and comfortable, perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples). The location is ideal, on a quiet peaceful road that’s nice for walking but also close enough to town to be very convenient. We loved the property, the horses and the dogs. Highly recommended!!!

close in country getaway

great property in the country but close to the city, easy 10 minute drive into town and convenient to west side and south side wineries. Great hosts, very accomodating, sweet dogs and horses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Sweet place to stay with family and dogs in Walla Walla.

Our family had a wonderful time in Walla Walla and staying at Brooke and Dale’s horse farm was a highlight. They are incredible hosts and their blood hounds, Rhett and Sully, are ambassadors of the 4 legged variety. The space is open and inviting to hang out and play games, have conversation and cook in the well appointed kitchen. The little extras from Brooke and Dale made our stay even more memorable. The location is perfect for visiting town, the wineries and returning to a relaxing farm with beautiful views. We can’t wait to come back again.

Great in the Farm!

After long days of wine tasting it was really nice to come here to a quiet, cozy, space! Brooke and Dale were so kind and we really enjoyed chatting with them and meeting their fur babies. We’ll definitely be back!
