The property was nice, and in a great location, but the Rembrandt front desk has very little authority over Windmill, which appears to be run by managers behind the curtain. I must say the hotels.com team was terrific in trying to help modify our reservation."

The location is excellent, sheltered from the roaring central Bucharest traffic, within short walking distances from the fancy cafes of Piața Amzei and Calea Victoriei, as well of University Square and Victoriei Square, with excellent public transport links just round the corner.
