Small flaws don't make us want to return.

We stayed 2 nights. The check-in was good. We agreed to pay on arrival, but despite this the Costello Hotels rep. tried 3 times to make an unauthorized deduction from our account - days before we arrived. Our account was locked fortunately. We could only get 1 station on the TV, and the internet was abysmal. The alehouse next to the hotel was the best attraction for us.

Nice big room very comfortable bed friendly staff and a great view i would only say i found multiple hairs on the bathroom floor and shower floor also quite a large spider Web in the bathroom window there should be more attention paid to these areas. I would recommend staying here and would do again

Loads of space, 2 seperate living and sleeping areas, good size bathrooms, good showers, quiet and very comfy lounges and beds. Full kitchen. Just needs a refresh - painting and floor coverings.

Large family sufficient apartment

Very spacious and well appointed with great views over the marina. Carpets are showing a bit of wear. TV could be a bit bigger given the distance from seating.

Great spot

The location was great, staff were friendly and helpful, wanted to do some washing but the only washing machine that is available for customers use was the same one the staff use for the hotel accommodation and was in use by them the whole time of our stay. Also the windows need cleaning.
