With five bedrooms featuring three king beds, a queen, a full, and a twin, everyone can find their ideal spot to rest. The three bathrooms include a 2 with bathtubs, 1 with stand-up shower and handy hair dryers. This property includes a main house and opens to an in-law apartment to create 1 large house. There are 2 kitchens, 2 washer dryer units & 2 living rooms to provide extra comfort, one living room hosts a sofa bed and the other with a sofa that pulls out into a full bed. Whether guests are gathering for a cozy night in or enjoying some quiet time in the private & peaceful park-like backyard with pool, this welcoming home has it all. *To limit waste and help the community, unopened sealed food & beverages can be left on the counter or in the refrigerator if needed. *Housekeeping will deliver them to the local food pantry.
*Please message me if you have trash/recycling that will not fit in the bins. *Cans and bottles can be left bagged outside of the bins. Housekeeping will recycle them at a return center.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Town quite hours are (11:00pm- 7:00am). If the fun is still going, please bring the good times inside. No music outdoors and keep voices low outdoors
NO smoking INDOORS or outside on the REAR PATIO as it is close proximity to the neighbors' windows. Please make sure any butts make it to the trash.
No bitcoin mining or excessive use of utilities allowed. Including but not limited to electricity, water, gas/propane.
