The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. "I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. "Perfect location right on the edge of a huge cross country ski trail/Field. We had our Labrador Retriever and she absolutely loved running around out there int snow. The hotel was cozy and really easy to park and offload all your gear, especially if you are on the first floor. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"
