"The room was clean. One side of my king size bed had a huge dip and was very uncomfortable but the other side was comfortable. The breakfast was cold and the microwave looked like it was falling apart so I’ve had much better breakfast. The staff was nice except for when I was getting ready to leave they maid went into my room while I was putting my things into my car and brought my purse to the front desk. I was not happy about that at all."

"Breakfast was basic sausage, cereals, eggs, good muffins, etc. Room was clean and comfortable. However, I placed a do not disturb sign on the door at 7 a.m. and took it off at 10:30 when I left. The room was not made up when I got back at 3 p.m. I inquired at the front desk, and they said it was because I placed the sign out earlier, but the cleaning staff has gone for the day. They gave me 2 big towels and had no small or medium towels available."

"The hotel was fine to stay in, we've stayed in much worse lol. I will say this though- the pictures online are definitely outdated! It was not a bad stay for the price we paid but from the pictures I definitely expected something different. The pictures of the pools were misleading- #1 its a double picture of the exact same inside pool and #2 they were outdated. The hot tub was out of service, a sign said it was shut down by the city. The breakfast was ok- but nothing like what I expected from the pictures. But it all tasted just fine regardless. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet wobbled lol. No towels outside for the pool even though the sign in the room said there would be. I couldn't get the wifi to work at all. I did not ask the clerks for assistance but when I chose the option, it didn't ask for a password and once connected didn't have service. The bathroom door was really sticky and door to the room, you had to push hard for it to close all the way. The fridge in the room was really cold! And I absolutely loved that I could crank the ac down! All in all it wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I expected from the pictures posted on the site. In case this triggers you- it did look a little "sketch" on the outside and even saw a guy with his Hookah sitting outside LOL!"

"Room was very clean you could tell the bedding was fresh Staff was very helpful and polite I DID NOT SEE ANYWHERE WHERE I MENTIONED THE $50 FEE THAT MAY WANT TO PUT IN THE DESCRIPTION NEXT TIME Breakfast was plentiful and very well presented Parking was ample and lit I will say I was disappointed on how the elevators do not work at times this seems like the only hangup for this property but overall very nice"
