Luxury Eco Apt w/ Pool, Gym & Sauna - Adults only

  • This amazing gated property is self powered by an on-site turbine from Waterfall Creek which cascades down into Lake Wanaka, also equipped with an electric car charging station.



    The apartment consists of a two level space which has all of the luxury amenities; open plan dining and living room, beautiful kitchen featured in several NZ magazines, funky bathroom and also a beautiful private indoor sauna, exercise gym and a swimming pool shared with the owners of the property.



    We strive to use local / eco-friendly products as much as possible all while being only a few minute drive from town.



    This is perfect for the couple that wants a romantic getaway or the couple of friends that want a pampering and/or active weekend in Wanaka



    when driving in, the main house just to the left of the circular drive is off-limits as the owners live here. The apartment, gym, and sauna are the ones further right once in the paved diriveway.



    While this is a shared driveway to our house as well, you will appreciate the privacy that the flat allows. The swimming pool is the only shared area.



    Situated close enough to town yet far enough away from everything to feel secluded.
