    Designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is light-filled and relaxed. Quality furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and generous living spaces make this a home you`ll settle into immediately. With room for up to 6 guests, there`s space for everyone without feeling cramped.

    Three well-appointed bedrooms, served by two modern bathrooms. Whether you`re travelling as a family, a group of friends, or a couple wanting extra space - Three Northlake delivers.

    Outside

    Enjoy the fresh Wanaka air and scenic surroundings from your own outdoor space. Free off-street parking and a garage mean arriving with gear, bikes, or ski equipment is completely stress-free.

    Northlake is one of Wanaka`s most popular and well-connected neighbourhoods with Monkey Farm cafe and bar, pump track, and the convenience of an On The Spot Shop.

    ~5 minute drive to Wanaka township, cafés and restaurants
    ~35 minute drive to Cardrona Alpine Resort

    Guests have access to the whole house, including the garage.
