  • Discover urban comfort in this 1-bedroom apartment nestled in the industrial area. Wake up to the warm embrace of morning sun and step onto the balcony to savor stunning views of Mt Roy. Fully furnished, this cozy retreat offers comfortable living for 2, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a well-appointed bathroom and washing machine.

    Enjoy the whole upstairs apartment. A lovely cosy living area complete with wifi and smart tv. A fully equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. You can even enjoy your meal at the dining room table which looks at Mt Roy.

    This apartment gets all of the morning sun from front balcony, and afternoon sun from the back apartment.

    Located close to a couple of Wanaka`s Breweries - Rhyme & Reason, and Ground Up.

    A short walk into town or the New World supermarket. Set in the industrial area which during the summer holidays will be very quiet with everyone enjoying a break.

    Apartment is located upstairs.

    Gordon Road is a mixed use area with businesses, 2 breweries, gym, Pilates, yoga , 15-20mins walk to town centre, 10mins walk to golf club, walking distance 20- 30mins to supermarket and swimming pool.
    OUR STRICT RULES:

    No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
    As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.

    Minimum age requirement:
    Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.

    No parties without prior approval:
    Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.

    Checkout is at 10:00 am:
    We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.

    No smoking inside the property:
    Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

    Leave the property in a reasonable state:
    We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.

    Board games:
    We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.

    BBQ cleaning:
    The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
