This exclusive penthouse is located on the 7th floor of our modern apartment building. The layout is exemplary, the design is skilfully planned, and the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view!

The spacious living-dining area is furnished in warm colours and features a wood-burning stove. Especially on those famously dreary Frisian days, this stove really enhances the cosy atmosphere.
The wood-burning stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!
With its timelessly beautiful design, the elegant built-in kitchen offers everything you need. Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are only provided as a starter kit and are not part of the standard furnishings; please bring your own.

The bedrooms are furnished with box-spring beds, giving them a hotel-like feel.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom becomes a wellness retreat. A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment provides cosy warmth on cool days.

The large, wraparound, furnished rooftop terrace expands the outdoor space by approximately 85 m². Here, a breathtaking view awaits you from a considerable height.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of Building No. 48.

A free parking space is available for the duration of your stay.

Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted at this property.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
