The 81 m² Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, sinf50-3-s, is located in the NordseeResort Friesland and can accommodate up to 6 people, including a family dog. Particularly noteworthy are the private sauna and the sunny location. The light-filled apartment, with a view all the way to the dike, is located just about 200 m from the beach and features a balcony with an idyllic south-facing view!

The Location
This modern and harmoniously furnished south-facing apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The holiday complex’s spacious grounds border the dike directly to the northeast; the other sides are surrounded by the waterway of an idyllic Graft. The North Sea and the sandy beach are just 200 m away. There is virtually no car traffic here. Enjoy the refreshing seaside climate on long walks or while relaxing in a beach chair. Numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking or biking distance. The surrounding area offers great recreational and family activities, such as the Hooksiel indoor seawater wave pool, the Friesland-Therme, and the 2,500-square-meter Thalasso Meeres SPA in Horumersiel, as well as the popular Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. This tastefully decorated, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi with a fiber-optic connection and offers a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner ceramic cooktop with induction burner and oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, blender, kitchen scale, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a radio.
In the combined living and dining area, you’ll find a swivel-mounted SMART TV (43 inches). Both the dining table and the cosy living area, which features an additional double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), offer plenty of space to enjoy social gatherings over breakfast or after a lovely day at the beach. You can start your day with breakfast on the south-facing balcony. The balcony is covered and features patio furniture, cushions, a parasol, and a hanging lounge chair.
There are two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a closet. Both bedrooms have their own 43-inch satellite TV, and a cot can be provided upon request for an additional fee. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom with underfloor heating features a private sauna, bathtub, walk-in rain shower, sink, and toilet, and includes a hair dryer.
