Welcome to the “Admaris” Holiday Home – Your home away from home for a special holiday!

This cosy bungalow is located right on Lake Wangermeer, a freshwater lake, with its own access to a private beach along the reed-lined shore—just a minute away.
On one level, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area with an open kitchen, a comfortable corner sofa, and a special spot in the glass-enclosed corner of the house—ideal for breakfast or a relaxing evening with a glass of wine. From here, you can step out onto the large terrace (garden furniture is stored in the shed behind the carport).

The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double box-spring bed. Two additional sleeping spots are available on the pull-out sofa in the second room, which also offers direct access to the terrace. The modern bathroom features a large open shower, and there is also a guest bathroom. An utility room with a washer-dryer is also available.

The bungalow is equipped with underfloor heating, electric roller shutters, dimmable lighting, and fly screens in the bedrooms, the kitchen, and on the patio doors. A spacious carport is available for your car, along with a storage room for bicycles. Nature lovers will enjoy the protected swallows’ nests under the roof.

The health resort of Hohenkirchen offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday: shopping, two bakeries, a pharmacy, and medical care are all located right in town. Thanks to its central location, you can reach the North Sea in just a few minutes by car or bike. The cities of Jever and Wilhelmshaven are also within easy reach and invite you to take a stroll through town or enjoy cultural excursions.

A special highlight for families is the Nordsee-Spielstadt Wangerland—an approximately 5,000 m² indoor amusement park that’s open rain or shine. Here, children and parents can spend an exciting day together, enjoying a roller coaster, chain carousel, bumper cars, a climbing area, a ship swing, a sandpit, a toddler play area, and much more. Especially convenient: The admission price includes not only all the rides but also free parking, unlimited fries, ice cream, and hot and cold drinks—ideal for a stress-free family outing in any weather.

Right on your doorstep is also the Wangermeer—an approximately 100-hectare, artificially created recreational lake offering a wide range of activities for nature and water sports enthusiasts. A paved loop trail is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. For quiet moments by the water, two beaches invite you to sunbathe and swim.

Those who prefer a more active experience will find plenty to enjoy at the BUHL Activity Park: whether it’s football golf, stand-up paddleboarding, windsurfing, wing foiling, wing surfing, or blobbing—action is guaranteed here!

Important for dog owners: Dogs are allowed only on the private beach and the beach at the BUHL Activity Park.

The climatic health resort of Hohenkirchen (Zone 2) is subject to a visitor’s tax. Therefore, a visitor’s tax must be paid on site. This tax is based on the number of people, their ages, and the length of stay. Information on the high and low seasons and the corresponding prices can be found on the Wangerland Touristik website.
The following are exempt from the guest tax:
a) Children up to and including 3 years of age.
b) Severely disabled persons whose “degree of disability” (formerly: reduced earning capacity) is 100% according to an official ID card.
c) Severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance (marked with a “B” on the ID card). This means: regardless of the degree of disability (e.g., GdB 80% and designation “B”).
d) Companions of severely disabled persons who, according to their official ID card, are completely dependant on constant assistance.
