Sunny hours on the balcony with a view of the island are guaranteed here. It’s just a few metres to the fine-sand North Sea beach and the beach promenade. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. Recreational activities such as the seawater recreation pool, the tennis centre, or the surf school are all within easy walking distance.<br><br><br> Amenities The apartment features a small but well-equipped kitchenette. It includes, among other things, a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity with a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. The modern apartment has a living/bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a hi-fi system. The sleeping area with the double bed can be separated from the living area by a sliding partition.
