"This hotel is located near the Old Town of Nice and also the port. If you go towards town, it can get pretty busy. It can also get loud at night, especially if you get a room on the first floor, like we did. Lots of partying until late at night. But the views from our balcony were beautiful. Great place to watch the sunset. We walked to Colline du Château, which has panoramic views of the city. Definitely worth the hike. We also walked around the port area and ate lunch there, which was much less crowded and more relaxing for us. The hotel does not have a pool and we regret not staying somewhere with one, since the beach can get packed in the summer. The bar is also very, very small and service was sporadic. The front desk did help us get a car service to go to Cannes and back, which was nice. All in all, the location is great, but for a 4-star hotel, we were expecting a bit more. However, if you like to party and don't mind the noise at night and lack of a pool, this may be the perfect place for you. :)"
