"Great place to stay, and for a decent price. Some areas are a bit dated with old couches etc, and there was very little wood there for us to get the fire going, but overall a nice clean property and the stay was enjoyable.Check in process was fairly easy, albeit a little automated, so there was no real contact. We would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at Evergreen. The house was huge with ample space for 3 adults, a teenager, and 2 small dogs. The fireplace was well used, as was the reverse cycle unit at other times when the fireplace wasn’t running. Loved the location and the fact that it was easy walking distance to beach no.1. One small issue was we ran out of internet half way into our stay, there was no mention of it not being unlimited. Might need to mention this in the communication. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The house is full of charm and personality, with the most adorable mermaid-themed décor and quirky design touches throughout. I absolutely loved all the pink accents and pink appliances – my favourite colour, so it felt like the perfect holiday home for me!The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the coastline whenever we wanted. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home.Travelling with our dog was easy, and the outdoor area was great for relaxing. Another huge bonus was the table tennis table, which was a big hit with our teens and kept them entertained for hours.Mark was a wonderful host—very welcoming, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He provided clear instructions before arrival, making check-in simple and completely stress-free.Overall, this is a unique, welcoming, and well-equipped beach house that combines comfort, character, and a great location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun coastal getaway, especially if you love quirky décor, a splash of pink, and family-friendly extras."
