"Great little place, came out on a work trip. The owner was super helpful to get us an extra day on such short notice. Great location if you want to go sit out on the water. It is the perfect distance from town."

"Our stay was wonderful and our host was very friendly. She was easily accessible through texts, gave clear and easy to follow directions, and the house was well stocked for our needs. The access to a washer/ dryer was great, but the dryer had a few minor quirks that took extra time. The tv did too, but it was not a big deal. All-in-all, it was extremely comfortable place and we’d absolutely love to stay again!!"

"This cozy, comfy home was the perfect spot for my husband, dog and I to stay during our 3-day weekend trip to Ketchikan. Check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed our evenings relaxing in the cozy living room! Our dog loved the open yard to run and chase his frisbee around in. There was good parking space for our truck, and we felt welcomed and safe in the neighborhood. Will definitely remember this spot for future trips back to Ketchikan! "

"Cabin was comfortable for 4 adults. Kitchen was small yet accomodating minus oven.Bathroom was functional and clean. Deck view was spectacular and charcoal grill was sufficient.Overall great stay."

"Amber and Mike are wonderful host! Very responsive to messages. The home is clean and in an amazing location. Humpback whales traveled past the house as well. It was an amazing stay; we did not want to leave. Advice: Avocados are 2.50 so if you eat as many as we do I suggest you buy some (not ripe) to bring with you. If you need ice go to Fish From Trish (she has great seafood for sale). Visit as many of the local lakes as you can. They are all beautiful and worth the hike. "

"Perfect location for an Alaskan vacation! Seaside Garden House exceeded our expectations in every way...It is better than shown in photos and very spacious for our family of 5 adults. Our hosts were wonderful and had thought of everything we might need. Beautiful location on the waterfront, with easy access to town. We have stayed at many vrbo rentals and this is one of our favorites!"

"We loved the place. Plently of space for our party, Everyone had their own bed & two bathrooms. Only 20 mins from downtown. It is tucked back off the road, a nice place to relax after a day of exploration. We have no complaints & would stay again if make it back. We had a car to move around the island on our own pace, this is also why we chose a place off the beaten path. Loved it, total recommend!"
