The place was small, but again, we really only were there to unwind in the evening, sleep and then breakfast in the morning. It’s located in a little mobile home/cabin park. The place could have used a good deep clean, but again, it was perfect for what we used it for!"

"Sunsets on the back dock with 180° lake view. Perfect location to take your boat. Park your boat over nite at the dock. Power at the dock to charge your batteries. Beds are comfortable and plenty amenities to keep you comfortable. I always enjoy my stay here. Ill be back again for our annual fishing trip."

"The house worked out perfectly for our group of 7 (3 teens). Beds were comfortable. Weather didn’t work out the whole time for us but Sydney was flexible so we could enjoy the last day which was beautiful. We were able to boat from the dock and quick boat ride to the dunes. Easy I90 access and less than 10 minutes to McCosh park."

"This place was truly amazing. Very private, lake front with grass lawn and huge dock. So many amenities at this place from fully stocked kitchen to arcade games and toys for all ages. The private dock and yard were awesome. Plenty of space to lounge around on multiple levels. Cute retro bar and outside bar/sitting area as well. We will surely stay here again."

"Went to Moses Lake to work for a few days with my crew. This house was in a good location and right on the lake. The listing stated there was a hot tub, however, no hot tub. This was a bit disappointing. We had a slight problem with the hot water, but the property manager responded quickly and had it fixed before getting back to work. This is an older home, but clean and lots of room for six of us to stay, cook and play card games in the evenings. Thank you."

"This property had everything we needed, was warm and inviting. Everything was clean and comfortable. It suited our group well. I inquired prior to our reservation about availability of kitchen items and received a prompt response. Well appointed kitchen with double oven. Nice neighborhood, not too far from stores. We stayed in December and views were beautiful. We really appreciated the Christmas tree! We would stay again. Thank you!"

"We stay in hotels probably 20-25 weekends a year and this was one of the friendliest, cleanest, most well appointed hotels in a long, long time! The front desk was so friendly and would greet us every time we walked by! Housekeeping was prompt and thorough and very kind! Lovely experience especially as we found this hotel at the last minute when the hotel down the road turned out to be a roach motel!! Very happy guest! Will definitely be back! "
