I was put in a room where the beds weren’t made and there were towels on the floor. Front desk clerk was extremely rude. The Colonies at Williamsburg
Again, the employees that are behind the desk need to be more enthusiastic 80% of the time they’re awesome but the other 20% my Lord they look so miserable and sounds so miserable. It’s like go somewhere else seriously
