The log cabin-style holiday home is detached and separately located on the owner's 800 m² residential property within a housing estate in the Warenshof district. Restaurants, shopping facilities and guarded bathing beach on the Müritz within a radius of 3 km. Railway station with connection to tourist centres of the Mecklenburg Lake District approx. 100 m. The holiday home is equipped with: combined living/bedroom (upholstered furniture, double bed, TV, radio), dressing room, kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC, central heating. Available: furnished terrace, outdoor seating area with swing and sun loungers, barbecue, bicycle storage and car park (carport). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
