This separate holiday home for up to 2 adults and 2 children is located in a quiet residential area in the Warenshof district on the owner's approx. 680 m² residential property. Restaurants, shopping facilities and the public swimming pool on the Müritz are within a radius of 2 km, a train stop with connections to tourist centres in the Mecklenburg Lake District is approx. 300 m away.



The approx. 25 m², simply furnished and centrally heated holiday home has a combined living room/bedroom (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table, a double bed and a bunk bed each 1.40 m wide, visually separated), a small separate kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is also a furnished, covered terrace, barbecue, car park, bicycle storage room and free WiFi.



The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
