Enjoyed my bi-annual stay in the mountains, first time at The Carriage House. Chris was a terrific host. Everything I could want was provided for and the property was cozy with picturesque views over a mostly rainy few days. Wildlife as promised (I'd never seen a Northern Flicker before but one really liked banging on the house roof), Seven and even Saass made an appearance. Thanks for the wonderful stay!
Cabin was perfect! Clean, spacious, great view. The perfect spot for an anniversary trip. Great central location for disc golf, hiking, geocaching, and general sightseeing.
Cabin was very clean. The property and neighborhood is beautiful. We loved all the windows overlooking the mountains in the distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. We even loved the kitties that would come and visit us. We will definitely be back again!
The property was just like the photos. It was very clean, comfy and relaxing! Our hosts were great and quick to answer any questions we had. We loved the cat visits and the Things To Do booklet the host had put together! This is definitely somewhere we would stay again!
Peaceful, quiet setting. Host gracious. Amenities and comfort throughout. Loving cat that likes to visit every day and lounge on you. Sunsets and stargazing. Love it.
This was the second time we have stayed at the Carriage house. It was lovely as ever. The bird watching was fantastic and watching the deer Graze while drinking our coffee was an extra treat. We enjoyed using the fire pit at night. I would highly recommend.
This was a perfect fit for our needs this Thanksgiving. We were visiting family that has a house in the development but was at capacity. The Carriage House cabin was a perfect fit for us. Very cozy, clean and cute! The views of the mountains were spectacular and the host was very helpful and responsive at every step in the process. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
An amazing place for wildflowers, sunsets, and stargazing
Hosts: very responsive, attentive, gracious.
Details: every single need you could possibly think of, they already have it there for you.
Clear instructions: 1) where to go/see, 2) how to check-out, 3) labels everywhere was very appreciated
Comfort: 1) hot showers with great water pressure ended a great day. 2) bed mattress firmness was just right. Slept very well. Surprised at how comfortable I was compared to other vrbos. 3) kitchen stocked to help you complete your meals and morning coffee was greatly helpful!
Lodging: Very modern, very new, very nice. The space was just right. I was very comfortable.
Area: The view and area was amazing. Lots of wildflowers with bees and monarchs. Beautiful skies, sunsets, and rolling clouds.
Company: The cats, Seven and Sazz, helped me feel welcome every day. Every vrbo should have cats! :)
Such a fantastic, perfect size modern style cabin. I don’t know what I love more. Was it the easy access? was it the amazing balcony/deck? was it the very quaint space? was it how clean everything was? was it all the amenities? Was it the option to grill and all supplies right there at my fingertips ? was it the rain style shower? Was it the deer in the pasture? was it the fun little fireplace? was it the Mountain View’s? honestly speaking, it was all of the above however, what really won me over here was that I was greeted at the front door as if he was waiting for me. “Seven” the cat of the property. It was a fantastic treat him introducing himself to me on his property.. I found out very quickly. That seven was not allowed within the cabin itself for purposes of not knowing who will be staying there next, but it was sure delight to hang with him before I slept, and then hanging with him in the morning as I enjoyed my cup of coffee as he sat snuggled on my lap to me that topped off a perfect stay in a perfect place I give this place a 100% approval and an A+ rating. you will not be disappointed if you book and stay here and both posts were non-intrusive at all. You both did something very right with your property and I hope to be back sometime soon. Thank you so much and sharing your place with me.
Property was beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was supplied very well, bed was comfortable. Views were fantastic and we saw at least 4-6 deer at night. Wonderful!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at the Carriage House. The home was clean, well stocked, and the view was amazing. As a couples getaway, this place is absolutely perfect. We cant wait to come again!
My visit was for a weekend class at the Campbell Folkschool. It was an easy drive to and from the school. The property is delightful, a clever little house, with every amenity considered by the owners. The views are soul-restoring.
