"We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but;
- Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided
- our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had.
- The floors were not super clean. "

"I had a great experience during my stay at Hilton Yas Island. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. What really stood out was the exceptional service every staff member I interacted with was warm and professional.

"Great location, facilities and helpful staff, kids loved being next door to Warner Bros hotel and pool. Walked to the Yas Waterpark and Yas Mall a short taxi ride away (could walk if not so hot). Would recommend and stay again."
