"A delightful surprise! I had read the reviews. I read all the great things about this property. I was happy to find that they were all true. Not the most modern. Everything felt like coming home. The grounds were lovely and the staff was super nice and helpful. Will stay again if we are in the area."

"Beautiful location and clean.
But! Not a peaceful place for couples or adults. When we stayed there, there were just two other rooms rented- one with a family of 7 and one with 6 college students sharing a room. Super loud common area directly outside room, kids running laps, banging on floors above us, very little privacy or calm. Property owners post guest’s full names for all to see which also seems like a safety issue.

"We like the back yard. There are chairs and a table. Pleasant to sit and relax. Parking is close to each room so that is convenient. The front yard needs work. The pool was filled in and there is nothing but weeds to look at. AC and heating are good. Bed is comfortable."

"My son and I go every year. He even said the luster was gone. Both the restaurant and main pool were closed for remodel. I can see one or the other, but both major amenities? My son loves the burgers there and was disappointed. He always loved playing in the pool - couldn’t do that either. Nothing on their website stating anything was closed. No discount of any kind for the room. The room was actually more expensive than last year. I just felt bad seeing the disappointment on his face."
