"We had a wonderful comfortable stay. Enjoyed the lots of towels, toilet paper and nice shower soaps etc. Plenty of beds and all linens are well bleached! One small recommendation is to bug bomb the basement. We killed 6-7 spiders in our 2 day stay in the house. No big deal for country folk but even for us, it was a lot. Thanks for the hospitality!!"

"Property is extremely clean, provided all necessities for a comfortable stay. walking distance to IWU and a small cute coffee shop called Lola’s. Location is close to the road so road noise at night is fairly loud but not unbearable. I would recommend bringing your own pillows if possible. They are provided and there are plenty, but aren’t the most comfortable."

"The property was perfect for a gathering of friends, family and their children. Our group loves cooking family meals, and the kitchen had nearly everything you could ask for. The bedrooms were comfortable, the master bathroom was a treat, and the kids loved the toys and backyard. Couldn't have asked for a better environment to watch the 2024 Eclipse. The property managers were responsive, informative and very kind. A great experience through and through."

"Originally from Marion, I was familiar with the neighborhood of this property but the owners have done an excellent job ensuring the guests have what is needed for a comfortable stay. Options were very limited when we booked but we feel like we lucked out! The owner was very accommodating with date changes and communicating throughout our reservation. We will seek out the same property on our next visit."
