  • Amazing 4000 square foot home just 1.5 miles to the Sugarbush lift, yet in a private setting on 4 acres of solitude and quiet. Vermont charm in this private ski lodge featuring; 12 person hot tub on the oversized deck in the birchwood forest, game room, outdoor fire pit, stone fireplace, kayaks, everything you need for family fun! Spacious kitchen with double ovens is perfect for large groups and holidays. Dining table seats 12. Come enjoy our piece of heaven in The Mad River Valley.
    On three levels the home features:
    Lower Level: Two bedrooms and Two baths, game room and kids TV area, laundry room.
    Middle Level: Generous kitchen filled with everything you need to cook Thanksgiving Dinner!
    Living area with the worlds most comfortable couch that seats 10 and a stone fireplace.
    Sunroom/6th bedroom with queen futon and attached bath.
    Mudroom perfect to store all your ski stuff.
    Upper Level:
    Queen bedroom with attached Jack and Jill Bath
    2nd Queen bedroom with attached Jack and Jill Bath
    Master Bedroom with King bed and private attached bath.

    Not only are we near all the fun...but you could never leave the house and have a wonderful vacation; we provide kayaks, canoe, outdoor movie theatre set up, popcorn machine, air hockey, foos ball, outdoor fire pit, boot warmer and more! Plenty of cards, poker and board games provided as well!

    Less than a five minute drive to: Sugarbush, Warren Falls, Lincoln Gap Long Trail parking and The Warren Village. Everything you need to enjoy four seasons is nearby!
