Beautiful, cozy river view cottagw

Amy was very easy to communicate with. We were within steps to the mighty Allegheny River and National Forest. Warren is minutes away. The home is new, spotless, and very cozy with radiant floor heat. We lived our stay and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing place

Amy and her husband were amazing hosts . Their place is s gem located at the foot of Kinzua Dam. The furnishings were outstanding - the radiant floor heat kept us toasty warm. There is an outdoor fire pit that will be great to use . It was so clean and cozy. The living room space with the huge TV provide a great place for family movie time . You will not be disappointed if you stay here - we will be back! My hubby waves to build one now!!

This house was perfect for a few nights! The location is far enough away to be out of the busy life, but close enough to take a short drive and be where you want to be. We like clean and this place was it!

Had a great time! Amy and Jimmy are fantastic hosts! We had everything we needed and they made us feel welcome. We had fun hiking nearby trails, and kayaking in the river. While kayaking we saw deer and eagles by the river. We hope to be able to come back!
