With 3 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 child bed, guests can unwind in this fabulous and soothing space. Like all Kings Home Properties, we aim for Exceptional Design, Extremely Functional, and Extra Comfortable! The property features amenities like heating, WiFi, AC, a game room, and a washing machine, dryer, a full kitchen with granite countertops. This 100 year old home has been carefully, painstakingly restored to it's former beauty! Kickback and relax in the backyard surrounded with greenery and flowers. We hope you enjoy everything Warren and our house has to offer and discover what all our guests have been saying for 9 years as super-hosts "Amazing home!" "Best short term rental ever!" I was looking forward to this stay based on the listing and it did not disappoint. A beautiful blend of historic home and modern conveniences. Not just clean but welcoming, with little touches like coffee bars in the master bedrooms and toiletries in the bathroom. My only "negative" is that our stay was to short to fully enjoy all the property had to offer, like the backyard fire pit, or a relaxing afternoon reading in the sunroom. Highly recommend.

I booked in October for a November stay, soon after booking the host responded with details about the area and popular restaurants. Communication was easy and prompt. We were made aware of important details about the house upon arrival including the little quirks about the the tub and locking the front door. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family and didn't want to be too far away. The house had plenty of space with three bedrooms and a room for a baby and/ or toddler and it was equipped with toys to keep them busy. There was a game room/additional seating room. There is ample space if you want to entertain guests and everything was tastefully decorated! Overall a stellar vacation rental experience in Warren, OH!
