"This is our go to hotel when we visit Newcastle a couple of times a year. All the staff are lovely and friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the beds are so comfortable. There is a choice of breakfast but we always have the buffet, which is included in the price, as we dont really like a fry in the morning. Cant wait to go back!"
