Family Ski Vacation

Our stay was great. The house had plenty of room and places to sleep for our group, 8 adults and 4 kids. Everything was clean and it was I a great location in Warrensberg, about 30 minutes to Gore Mountain and 20 min to Lake George. The Lake George Winter Fest was fun, although it rained. Checking in and checkout were a breeze. I would stay here again.

Beautiful property for a family trip

Our family had an amazing time at this property. There was plenty of space for the whole family and very clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool, game selections and hot tub. The location was close to restaurants and activites. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family and friends!

12 of us stayed here for a weekend ski trip to Gore. The houses spacious and has a great basement are with tons of fun things for the kids! The hot tub was also a huge hit (even in 10’degree weather!) The home was clean and Charlie was very accommodating and easy to deal with. Will be back!

Was Great!

Charlie and Yolanda were very accommodating!The downstairs game room, lounge and kitchen was fantastic for my sons and friends to hang out and the hot tub was great after a full day of snowboarding. Location is only 20 min from Gore and West Mountain. Was very clean and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 12 of us. Would definately stay there again!

The home is a great place to gather for multigenerational family fun - lots of space inside to find quiet spaces or small group conversations while also having areas for large group games and meals all together. The pool area was also a definite plus.

Private Resort

This was our second time staying at this property. It has an amazing layout for a large group and lots of amenities. We loved swimming in the pool and had fires in the well maintained firepit at night. The kitchen is spacious and great for cooking for the family. We spent a lot of time outdoors in the yard enjoying the peacefulness of being by the water. Charlie was extremely helpful and just a really awesome person.

Fabulous Family Wedding Accommodations

Plenty of space and well appointed amenities. Game room was a big plus for our kiddos. Also, the heated salt water pool was a beautiful space. What you don’t know until you arrive is the lovely landscaping. Dining Al fresco available in many spots. This place is clean, comfortable and quite delightful.

Perfect for a family stay

We had an amazing time celebrating Memorial Day Weekend at this great house. We were lucky the weather cooperated so we could enjoy the pool with many included rafts, the hot tub, and even the fire pit for smores (Charlie surprised us with smore ingredients!) The house had ample space for our family of 11 including lots of seating outside at all of the different areas. The kids loved the pool table and having so many TVs! We only wished we had come for longer.

Great family get together

big house so multiple families and generations all had their own space. The pool was awesome for the kids and grown ups and we had fun with day trips to Bolton landing and Saratoga springs. We didn’t much explore locally and we did all our own cooking so I am not sure about local hangouts or restaurants. The only local place we visited was Echo lake and the Schroon River for some good fishing for the kids, which was fun!

Perfect for large group

Our extended family enjoyed our stay. The house has a great set up. The downstairs game area with living room and kitchen was perfect for the young adults in our group. There was yard space for our Cornhole boards and we enjoyed the hot tub and giant connect four game. The house is on the river, but it is down a steep embankment (which is safely fenced) so it is not accessible. It is a lovely home that can accommodate many travelers comfortably.

The Perfect Getaway for Best Friends

We were a full house, some single people, some couples. One brought their teenaged daughter. One brought their dog. The living arrangements were plenty and all were comfortable. We had a great time. The pool was great, as was the hot tub. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Easy drive to Lake George Village. Even little Warrensburg had sufficient amenities. Charlie was very pleasant and communicative. We definitely plan to book for September 2025!

Sheer Perfection

I am hesitant to review this property for fear that it will make it all the more difficult to book in the future...Charlie and Alex have created a Shangri-La in the midst of the Lake George region!! This property is amazing from the spacious home to the sizeable yard. The pool, hot tub and several deck areas are a vacationers paradise. Cleanliness was over the top!!! My family of 12 (6 adults and 6 children, ages 2, 4, and 6) rented Charlie’s wonderful house that seemed to have everything you could want or need. My husband and I rent a vacation house every year and this one was the most well-stocked ever. It was so great that we didn’t have to bring sheets and towels. We all enjoyed the beautiful yard and landscaping and the amazing heated pool (well secured with locks and fencing). The family also enjoyed the hot tub. We made smores by the fire pit in the evening and enjoyed some meals on the deck. Charlie was an excellent host and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this beautiful house in the future.

Best vacation!

Everything about our vacation was perfect! If you have a big family and your looking for a house with plenty of room , this is the place. The host , Charlie was great , he met us at the house , and took us through showed us all the rooms and the beautiful outdoor space. We asked about restaurants and he guided us to some great choices that we enjoyed. Tommy Gunn for pizza and George Henry for dinner. I highly recommend them both. My family and I made so many beautiful memories here we will definitely return! We were 11adults and 4 children from 5 to 6months and of course our family dog , we had enough room for all of us with room to spare. Town was 20 minutes from the house and the grocery store just up the road. There also is a urgent care 5 minutes from the house , which is great if you would need it. We had a blast ! I hope if anyone chooses to stay they enjoy it as much as we all did! 😊

Wonderful property for large family groups!

The property is large as stated in VRBO description. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is quite large and kept everyone (ages 5-75) together and entertained. The perfect choice for a large family gathering!
