"The room was nice and clean. The bathroom has a massive hot tub that could clearly fit a couple of big people. The bed was comfortable, and that saying something because after seven back surgeries the only bed I say is comfortable is Sleep Number and they don’t have a Sleep Number but it was enough to where I could fall asleep at 11:30pm because my body’s on a central schedule and I would be up by 7. Savannah at the front desk is awesome and the woman I dealt with at night. She was awesome too. They communicate with you through a text message to see how your day is or if you just need anything towels anything I will say this their pillows are a little soft but they give you six I travel with my own pillow so. The breakfast in the morning there was plenty of stuff to eat. I’m on a carnivore diet and I’ve been on one for about three months and they had plenty of eggs plenty of hard boiled eggs sausage. I had to cheat a little bit how to get me some orange juice and I ate oatmeal and grits from Monday-Thursday morning. I used to be a resident in Thomson, GA from May 10, 2024 to November 17, 2025 and then my wife divorced me and I had to leave and go home to a great state of Texas. I can honestly say I miss Georgia the over a year living there I really like the people in the geography. I miss my house, my three dogs, my ex ex-wife and my mother in law. "

"Such a warm welcoming place. My second time to visit. This time for a birthday present for my mom. Our host left out birthday decorations, it made her day. She is a big Hobbit fan, so this was amazing to her. The house is so cozy and great for a great away in nature. We had everything we needed the accommodations we great, we were even given a golf cart to explore the property. I highly recommend the Hobbit House. "

"The room was heavily damaged, several holes in the walls, burn marks all over the bathtub, etc. It smelled as if no one had even cleaned it after the last guest. Nobody was here for check in... I had to call someone and wait for 15 minutes until he showed up. They charged extra for using a debit card AND charged me $5 for the reservation itself. I did not get that back. 1/5 do NOT recommend."

"Place is awesome. Very well maintained and everything was super clean upon our arrival. Our host was kind and greeted us warmly. She even took us on a mini tour of her farm and allowed us to pet her animals, including the babies! We will be back in the future. Great place, warm host, and serene!"
