You'll be thrilled to stay at this dog-friendly Warrenton vacation rental during your next adventure to the Oregon Coast. This newly remodeled house boasts a beautifully decorated interior with everything you would expect during your stay, including a stunning stone-encased gas fireplace in the living area that creates the perfect place to wind down after exploring the surrounding area. This rural, two-story retreat also features a new hot tub, a spacious deck, and a gas grill with an outdoor dining area for summer barbecues.

You can easily reach the beach by walking over to the private access point around the corner! Cullaby Lake is a short distance away, where you can enjoy a plethora of outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, biking, picnicking, and bird watching. Warrenton is seven miles to the north, where you will find major shopping, local restaurants, and the Lewis and Clark National Historical Park. Or, head four miles south to Gearhart, where you can get in a relaxing round of golf.

This home is in a beautiful, private area. While being pet friendly, it was still very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderful place for a family stay.

Great location!

We loved the location as the beach was relatively close and almost private when we went. The decor of the house and the set up was perfect for our family. Superficially very clean (showers need work and doors were dirty). Quiet neighborhood and close to Seaside without all the crowds.

Peaceful seaside neighborhood

Going to agree with other reviewers, updates to the place are nice, still feels like an 80s home but the living room is very cozy. The beach wagon was perfect for my dog who had back surgery a few months ago but loves the going to the beach.

The perfect vacation house

We absolutely loved it. It was so spacious for our family of 6. The weather was awful but we didn’t even mind because we were stuck inside a beautiful, cozy home. The hot tub was clean and the perfect way to start our day every morning. The Vacasa agents were incredibly helpful and responsive every time we had a question. We will absolutely be back.

quiet beach community

We loved our stay at Seabreeze getaway. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was a gated quiet and respectful community. The house was beautiful. We will be back again.

Beautiful port in a storm

We had stormy weather, so the house needed to be completely sufficient in itself: we weren't going anywhere! It was more than okay, really terrific. Great kitchen and common areas (multiple) and very comfy bedrooms.

Grandmas last vacation

Overall it was a nice place to stay. A quiet neighborhood centralized in between Seaside and Astoria. Close to the beach, no view though. Some of the amenities needed upkeep. Hot tub was low on water, no propane for the fire pit, and the tea kettle leaked. Too many stairs for grandma but she doesn’t like any stairs. It’s a split level with short staircase to bedrooms and down to tv room.

Quiet, wooded location

Overall a pleasant experience. I feel obligated to comment on the area rugs in the bedrooms. They don’t lay flat but curl up causing a scary tripping hazard. I came close to falling and as a senior it could have been disastrous.

Nice house.

It was a nice house. It was very clean. I will rethink stairs next time with an infant. There was a gate. By the end of the stay he mastered going up and down one of the sets of stairs. The house is pet friendly. Master bathroom sink stoppers need attention. We didn't get to check out all the amenities. We were quite busy with my daughter's wedding in Astoria. I would recommend this rental. It seems very pet friendly also.

Great place to stay.

This house was great. The photos were accurate. Very clean and spacious with every utensil and appliance you need to cook any meal. The hot tub, gas fireplace and fire pit were a bonus. Close walk to the beach. We had a toddler so the multiple stairs were a bit of a challenge at first but the baby gates helped. Note that there is no bathroom door in the master bedroom which was kind of strange. This property was managed by Vacasa so there was an extra fee but they are available 24/7 and getting through to them on the phone was very easy. Overall we would rent this house again.
