Welcome to this modern 48 m² apartment in Warrenzin, offering 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for up to 2 guests. Enjoy private Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. Underfloor heating in every room, large triple-glazed windows for peace and quiet, and light colors create a comfortable atmosphere.



Historic building materials like beams and bricks give the apartment character, while the modern fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The ground-level design with wide doors is especially suitable for seniors.



Relax, read, or enjoy nature in the 450 m² garden under old trees.



Parking is available at the house and on the street, though the guest parking area is not yet paved. The hosts live on the property (not in the booked apartment) and have two cats, a dog, five chickens, and a rooster.



Events are not permitted. Please note that the exterior facade will be completed by 2026.



The property is quietly located amidst scenic and nature reserves with forest views, and the Trebel River is 2 km away. Rostock, Stralsund, Waren, and the islands of Rügen and Usedom are about an hour’s drive. Local activities include cycling, hiking, swimming at the Biberburg natural pool in Demmin, and fishing. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
