Whether you’re here for work, a coastal getaway, or to explore Warrnambool’s vibrant foreshore, this centrally located low maintenance townhouse makes it easy to do it all. 

Modern Light-Filled Townhouse in Prime Location- This stylish two-bedroom townhouse is designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Perfect for up to four guests, it offers bright and airy interiors with plenty of natural light throughout. Unwind across two living areas, or take advantage of the dedicated work space if you need to catch up on emails. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a coffee station, makes cooking and entertaining a breeze. 

Step outside to the private outdoor area, featuring a bar table and stools — the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink. Both bedrooms are comfortable and welcoming, with a modern bathroom plus an additional toilet for extra convenience. A laundry with washing machine is included for longer stays. Parking is easy with a secure garage for one car and space for another in the driveway. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this townhouse combines modern style with thoughtful touches to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. 

Guests will have full use of the entire townhouse during their stay, including the secure one-car garage and driveway parking. As this is a townhouse in the CBD, the garage and driveway are a little tight — but having private parking here is a real bonus, as it’s rare to find in such a central location. The space is best suited to standard size vehicles. 

Some cupboards and storage areas are locked for host use, so guests are kindly asked to use the designated cupboards and storage spaces provided. 

For easy and flexible check-in, guests will have access to the property via a secure key box on arrival. We respect your privacy but are always available if you need assistance. You can reach us easily through the Airbnb app or by phone, and we’re happy to help with any questions or local recommendations. 

The home is spread across two levels, so there are stairs inside. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan for comfortable sleeping. Split system air conditioning and heating are provided; please ensure all units are set to the same setting during your stay (heating or cooling). A dedicated work space and fast Wi-Fi make the home ideal for remote work. No smoking, parties, or pets allowed.

For guest safety and property security, there is an external security camera at the front door monitoring the entry area only.
